District Taco Rewards is a tiered membership program that gives you the ability to receive points with every qualifying purchase, increasing as you progress through tiers. Members can receive points by making qualifying purchases via District Taco’s mobile app or website.

Make sure you are logged into your Rewards account when purchasing via our webpage to receive points towards tier progress and rewards! If you do not have an account, you can click “Create Account” on the mobile app or the District Taco webpage. Points can be used to redeem available rewards, and District Taco Rewards members can advance through tiers based on annual spend. It is free to join, and anyone who creates a District Taco account is eligible to participate.

You can create a District Taco Rewards account by downloading the District Taco App from the Apple Store and Play Store or by visiting the District Taco Rewards webpage. You can choose to sign-in with one of the sign-in options listed or create an account with your email address. After creating your account, an email welcoming you to District Taco Rewards will be sent to your email address with a sign-up bonus of 250 points as a “thank you!” for joining the District Taco Rewards program. You must verify your email address using the link in the welcome email to begin receiving benefits of the District Taco Rewards program. Users with unverified accounts will not be able to use District Taco Rewards and receive points.

There are 5 membership tiers in ascending order: Avocado, Poblano, Jalapeno, Chile de Arbol and Habanero (the hottest tier!). There are additional benefits and rewards as you progress through the tiers of the program. Each tier has a point multiplier, which increases the rate at which you gain points per eligible purchase. With District Taco’ Rewards program, you may redeem rewards by using points you earn on every applicable purchase. Points will accumulate on your account and expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as 12 months without placing an order with your District Taco account. When you advance to higher membership tiers, incremental point multipliers increase the number of points you get for every dollar spent. Visit the District Taco Rewards website to learn more.

Yes! You must be logged into the District Taco mobile app or via the District Taco webpage to place the order in order to qualify for District Taco Rewards points or to redeem eligible rewards on a delivery order processed by third-party delivery services. You can earn District Taco Rewards points and use available Rewards when you place your delivery order through the mobile app or via our webpage. The order's points will be used to advance toward or retain a tier in the District Taco Rewards program. For any amount paid in delivery fees, surcharges, gratuities, sales, use, or other transactional taxes, you will not receive points.

Each reward is redeemable for a set amount of points. You can view available rewards directly in the mobile app. After you reach a particular threshold of points, you can spend those points to redeem your favorite menu items directly in the mobile app.

As a District Taco Rewards member, you earn points with each eligible purchase. You advance to the following tier once you have a particular quantity of points. Each year, a member's tier status is determined, and in order for the status to be retained, the member must continue to meet the criteria for that tier.

A member must fulfill the requirements for a specific member tier status each year in order to keep that status, which is determined annually. A member has until December 31 of each year to achieve or maintain status. Points toward tier status will reset to zero on January 1st. Status points do not carry over to the next calendar year. To view your status information, select "Rewards" then "My Status" through the District Taco App or online by logging into the “Rewards” section of your profile page on the District Taco website.

District Taco points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as 12 months without a purchase using your account. View expiration dates for all available rewards through the app by selecting "Rewards", then "My Rewards" or by signing in to your account online. It is important to note that rewards expire within 60 days of redemption.

You will receive the invitations to participate in tier-specific experiences and/or opportunities via email. Be on the lookout for tier-specific benefits such as surprise rewards throughout the year!
